The Role:

Our client is leading the development of a new vocational education and training data collection and reporting system.

Duties:

1x Senior Business Analyst - PMO

• Develop a Requirements Management Plan with clearly defined tools, roles and process

1x Business Analyst - Change & Engagement

• Understand and provide advice on the VET data reporting and validation processes of VET sector training providers

1x Business Analyst - VET Data Policy

• Understand and provide advice on the VET data reporting and validation processes of VET sector training provided

1x Business Analyst - PMO

• Participate in workshops and meetings with internal (project teams) and external stakeholders (partners) to gather requirements and confirm deliverables

Skills Experience:

1x Senior Business Analyst - PMO

• Prepare and lead workshops and meetings with business and ICT colleagues as well as external stakeholders.

1x Business Analyst - Change & Engagement

• Experience designing research to discover current business processes and barriers and incentives to change.

1x Business Analyst - VET Data Policy

• Experience designing research to discover current business processes and barriers and incentives to change.

1x Business Analyst - PMO

• Experience in requirements management processes, including using tools to collect, analyse, define, prioritise, agree, and trace requirements
