You will be responsible for the onboarding and off boarding of new employees onto the HR System; Collate candidate information and documentation. Candidate control - keep in regular contact to review progress and performance

Administrative:

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of placement details.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of communications.
  • Maintain Locum and Client records on Company database.
  • Administration duties, including identification checks, dealing with agencies, managing internal business relationships, and reference checking.
  • Any other duties as required.

You must have outstanding communication skills and highly organized.
