The Role:

This role will sit within the Finance transformation division, and will play an integral role in independently driving the establishment of agile mindsets, behaviours and ways of working within the company.

You will report to the Agile Program Manager, working collaboratively with the coaching practice to embed and uplift practices while identifying opportunities to build capability.

This role will be demand driven, per area of need.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Implement Agile process, tooling, principles and practices across relevant program(s)
• Work with the team to define road-maps and develop these into a backlog and improve the processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies
• Build a baseline of agile metrics for comparison and tracking (e.g. time to production, cycle time etc.)
• Apply techniques that increase collaboration, transparency and promote experimentation culture (e.g. workshop techniques)
• Advise, guide and upskill Program/Project Managers in how to lead Agile delivery on their respective projects

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience using agile practices and scaled frameworks, e.g. Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, and including tooling (Essential)
• Senior experience in coaching multi-disciplined teams (Essential)
• Knowledge of the finance and wealth management industries

Salary and Benefits

• Anywhere between $160-180k + Super dependent on experience
• 5-15% bonuses annually
