The role:

Working in a high performing team, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the department's servers and infrastructure, websites and business applications. You will work alongside in-house developers and external vendors to install, upgrade, configure, tune and debug the department's services.

Skills and experience:

• Provide IT operational support to servers, firewalls, storage, networks
• End user computing and administration including MS Windows, AD, O365, SOE, VMware, Hyber-V
• Ensuring computer software and hardware facilities are operating at optimum levels and correct any failures, including troubleshooting, diagnosis and rectification of faults.
• Experience using SCCM and InTune
• Experience applying Windows patching
• Experience creating Windows SOE build processes
• Understanding of GPs
• Power shell scripting skill
• Microsoft Exchange
• Keen on working on cutting edge projects.
