Skills and experience

* Strong Business Analyst skills are a must; user stories, epics, facilitation of workshops and elicitation of requirements.
* Insurance domain and claims experience
* Experience in digitisation initiatives - initiatives that shift processes from manual to digital.
* Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
