A Senior Business Analyst is required to gather, validate and analyst business requirements and staffing numbers to inform key leasing decisions and assist with planning and a Flexible Working Environment roll-out.

Key skills and expertise required for the role include:
o 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
o Great communicator, both verbal and written. Clear and concise.
o Excellent consultant skillset
o Core activities will include - Implementation planning, gap analysis, quality assurance, workshop facilitation and workflow design.
o The ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships and develop trust, credibility, buy-in and collaboration with stakeholders.
o Experience in documentation management.
o Experience in property based projects would be beneficial.
o Resilience and a sense of humour.
o Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
