Due to continued growth and new acquisitions, the organisation now requires a Business Process Analyst to join their Asset Management team.

The Role

The purpose of the Business Process Analyst is to contribute to the creation, consolidation and optimisation of business processes in relation to Asset Management. This will be achieved through the facilitation of design workshops, identification of optimisation opportunities and creation of support material. You will be responsible for creation process maps, process workflows and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of Process Design Workshops with nominated working groups
• Identification of opportunities to optimise existing business processes
• Collaborating with business resources to design new business process where required
• Delivering support material when process changes occur
• Aligning process delivery with agreed governance standards
• Supporting project teams in delivery of process change

Experience:

• Proven ability to facilitate process design workshops
• Strong problem solving, analysis and process design skills
• Exceptional process mapping and documentation skills - Signavio experience highly regarded
• Proven ability to identify process optimisation opportunities
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maximo exposure would be great!
