We have multiple positions for capability architects across four specialist areas for one of our telecommunication clients for an initial 12 month contract. Hybrid work flow - 2 days a week in the office and the rest being WFH.

Overview

We are looking for Capability Architects across four different specialist areas:

• Cloud / Modern Workplace
• Telco/5G/Edge/IOT
• Contact Centre Technologies
• General IT

Must be a Citizen prepared to go through NV1 Certification or have a current NV1 Certification

You will be working on Operational design and service delivery architecture supporting operationalising specific products and services:

* ITIL service management framework
* Documenting processes/process improvements, ISO documentation
* Technical BA deliverables
* Technical operations and infrastructure consultancy
* Consultant in professional services

Whats on offer

• 12 month contract with the strong possibility of extension if successful in your initial term
• Hybrid Workflow - 2 days in the office (must be Sydney based)
