Our client is looking for an experienced Change and Communications Lead to work for a large Canberra based organisation.

Must hold Baseline Security Clearance

Skills and experience:

• Plan, coordinate and deliver communications campaigns across multiple channels
• Develop organisational change activity plans and deliver change readiness activities
• Develop and deliver internal customer communications via Intranet, Email
• Develop presence on the Intranet, including updates on services and innovation
• Lead the development of creative campaign ideas and execution in collaboration with media, content and channels including Industry Events.
• Align and integrate activity and messaging with marketing to drive commercial outcomes
• Risk management experience
• Effectively manage agency support and the campaign budget
