Our client, a large Sydney CBD based financial institute, is looking for a Change Manager.

About the role

• Change Management for mortgage product rollout
• Create change management plans and processes
• Evaluate impact on proposed organisational changes
• Identify and manage risk
• Involved in coaching and training of stakeholders

Skills and experience

• Extensive experience in Change Management
• Finance or banking background essential
• Good understanding of organisational changes
• Experience working end-to-end change projects
• Experience in stakeholder and communications management
• Very good verbal and written communication skills

What's on offer

• 12+ months' engagement working at a banking client
• Hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days per week in the office
