The role

Seeking a NV1 cleared Communications and Change Specialist to assist with the day to day business artefact documentation generation.

The successful Communications and Change Specialist will have experience and knowledge to provide the following services:

• Strong stakeholder management skills; Identification of stakeholders and getting an understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Developing a communications engagement and change strategy to support stakeholders and ensure expectations can be aligned with project objectives and ultimately improve the overall acceptance of the project objectives.
• Managing stakeholder communications
• Creating and managing communications documentation
• Creation, distribution and management of communication material/artefacts
• Creating and managing training documentation and material
• Developing and implementing change and communications strategy for the project team

The requirements

• Change & communication management qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Ability to work effectively individually or within a team environment
