Job Description

FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT services organisation providing a broad range of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver IT projects.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Contracts Analyst to join our team at a highly regarded organisation.

In order to support the Contract Management function in the Infrastructure, our client is seeking an analytical resource to assist with the set-up process at the front end for the ongoing management of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Population of the Contract Deliverables Matrix - this spreadsheet is an interrogation of each of the clauses in each contract to define the contract requirements and deliverables and ensure dates for delivery are captured as well as the responsible person, area and GM for delivery.
  • Develop the RACI that sits behind the CDM.
  • Build the underlying Project Plan for each project and baseline to support the CDM.
  • Assign milestones for each of the locations in Salesforce for project delivery and financial milestones (billing schedule).
  • Develop, document and implement standard reusable contract deliverable management structure in SharePoint for all projects .


  • Proven experience as a 'contracts analyst, contracts specialist or project/commercial specialist' or similar.
  • Proficient in the use of project management computing systems including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • SharePoint experience is advantage.
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Telecom background a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
