The Role- Customer Service-Technical Analyst
FINXL Consulting is looking for 3 Customer Service-Tech Analysts for urgent projects we have in Sydney . You will be assigned to one of our financial services clients in Sydney, CBD. You will be in a team that would review complaints on a daily basis and identify systemic issues
What we're looking for:
- An experienced Customer service consultant with strong technical analysis skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience in data and technical analysis
- Strong MS Office esp.Excel or other analytics tools
- Confident, resilient and open to ideas
- Flexible & resourceful
- Excellent communication skills
