About the role
- First point of contact for large enterprise clients
- Support clients with a diverse range of enquiries
Skills and experience
- Experience in banking or finance a must
- Experience working in credit card support preferred
- Ability to deal with very senior stakeholders and complex enquiries
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
