FinXL IT Professional Services is an established, innovative Australian company, providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries.

We are looking for experienced CX Designers to join our Melbourne Team on an initial 12months term.

Requirements

The CX Designer will contribute to the development of a cloud-based self-service platform for all customers.

You will research and design the customer experience platform for its release into market. The role will be CX-focused, but candidates with UX knowledge/background would be preferred.

Deliverables:

Merchant Customer journey maps, service design blueprints, CX strategy for Merchant platforms (Merchant Hub and CyberSource) connectivity, customer research and testing of solution design to inform future roadmap.
