Summary:

FinXL is seeking the services of an experienced .Net Developer with the ability to work across multiple high priority work items at any given time. Candidates must have a proven record of development accomplishment in agile teams and the ability to be flexible and adaptable. Experience and knowledge in leading ICT technical teams may be an advantage. We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates with 5+ years of experience of .Net Development. CRM development experience is also highly desirable but not essential, along with any experience/involvement with solution architecture. Candidates must be innovative thinkers, thrive in an environment of rapid change, continuous improvement and be passionate about delivering real business benefits.

The key responsibilities include:

• Work closely as part of an agile project team, including the flexibility to work as a multidisciplinary team member.
• Proactively drive and deliver on development activities with a focus on providing quality services.
• Multi-task and be familiar with a range of technologies and communicate effectively with team members/management/business line areas as required
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing with other developers to aid in succession planning, including documenting procedures
• Undertake work that is complex or time sensitive and operate under limited direction, with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability

The successful applicant would be required to have:

• Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a .Net Developer and associate Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with agile application development teams, with flexibility to take on various roles expected of a multidisciplinary team, experience working in agile software such as DevOps and platforms such as Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team and achieve successful outcomes for the division.
