FinXL looking for a HCM Technical Business Analyst to work with a key financial services client. This would be supporting a HCM Workday implementation on a contractual basis.

You will have the following skills/experience:

• Previously worked on a HCM project as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience in developing as-is and to-be processes, and workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to write, analyse, and validate business requirements.
• Preferably experience with Workday
