FinXL are looking to engage multiple Helpdesk Officers in Canberra.
The role requires you to:
Provide professional, reliable and responsive client focused support for a wide variety of hardware, software and site-specific applications
Solve or escalate technical issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure efficient incident management
Document, track, monitor, follow up and prioritise support requests
Manage hardware assets and track via asset management applications
Identify potential problems through daily monitoring and trend analyses
Develop and maintain procedural documentation
Assist in the evaluation, selection, procurement, and installation of Windows hardware and software components. This includes registering new hardware into our asset management system and installing/removing hardware from user workstations
Share information, monitor work practices, set work priorities, and develop and maintain service desk procedures.
Assist with the delivery of IT projects under direction from the Services Team Leader to improve service delivery across IT.
