Job Description

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established, innovative Australian company, providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries.

We are looking for IT Service Desk Analysts to join our Melbourne Team on a 6 months term, with an ASAP start.

Duties include

  • Routine problem solving
  • Triage including capture of user contact details, summary of issue or request in work notes
  • Basic hardware support
    • restarting device, hard reboot, checking cables, monitors not working etc
  • Application support
    • Create, modify and delete application access accounts
    • Application account password resets
    • Application specific assistance
  • Escalation to Level 2 as per escalation process
  • Telephony support
    • Desk phone programming
    • New extension setup
    • Redirections
    • General assistance with the use of handsets / provision of user guides
