We are looking for IT Service Desk Analysts to join our Melbourne Team on a 6 months term, with an ASAP start.
- Routine problem solving
- Triage including capture of user contact details, summary of issue or request in work notes
- Basic hardware support
- restarting device, hard reboot, checking cables, monitors not working etc
- Application support
- Create, modify and delete application access accounts
- Application account password resets
- Application specific assistance
- Escalation to Level 2 as per escalation process
- Telephony support
- Desk phone programming
- New extension setup
- General assistance with the use of handsets / provision of user guides
