Our client, a large Sydney CBD based finance institute, is looking for a Java Engineer.

About the role

• Designing and developing software solutions for internal use
• Develop API and microservices
• Involved in maintenance and support
• Taking part in daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies

Skills and experience

• Expertise in Java development
• Experience of Spring and Spring Boot
• Knowledge in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with CI/CD tools and AWS preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
