Do you have excellent customer skills and have experience supporting mobile phone users?
Working for a leading organisation you will be responsible for supporting corporate customers in provisioning mobile services, device enrollment and onboarding into relevant systems.
You will be liaising with customers to log any issues and liaise with other teams to resolve the issues whilst keeping the customer informed.
You will have strong customer service skills together with a background of supporting mobile phone fleets. Prior customer management is essential together with experience logging calls.
