Summary:

FinXL are looking for an Organisational Change and Communications Officer to plan, develop and review communication products, channels and strategies.

Overview/Duties:

  • Develop content to support the Branch communication strategy and associated action plans.
  • Develop content to support Branch priority initiatives and organisational change management tactics, including:
  • Articles;
  • Information packs;
  • Presentations;
  • Posters;
  • Videos; and
  • Reporting and analytics metrics to determine engagement and success.
  • Lead and prepare content and articles:
  • for the Deputy Secretary (Dep Sec) Monthly Message;
  • Articles for the Behind the Lines Quarterly magazine;
  • GEMS Gateway management and content updates; and
  • EDSD Intranet content updates.
  • Presentations for The Branch, Executive and SEG Stakeholder:
  • Business Engagement - the successful applicant will be required to attend, participate in, and contribute to a variety of forums, groups and workshops.
