We are seeking experienced Performance Testers to join our team with an ASAP start!

• 4+ years as quality engineer (performance)
• experience in performance engineering/testing.
• experience in performance test and tuning of cloud-based applications/microservices. (AWS/Azure)
• experience working on a cloud migration project (Preferably AWS/Azure migration)
• Highly proficient in setting up performance testing frameworks
• Proficient in setting up monitoring as well as come up with a monitoring options/automation
• Extensive hands-on experience around performance testing tools (e.g. Jmeter, Gatling, Loadrunner, etc.) and Monitoring (AppDynamics, New Relic, Sitescope etc)
• Should have good knowledge of any coding languages Java, Python, C, etc.
• Experience in managing large, complex projects in an unpredictable environment with competing priorities
• Strong, existing experience in leading technical teams
• Well versed with agile scrum methodology and working knowledge of JIRA/Rally and CI/CD process
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Risk assessment, planning and mitigation
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
