Are you a Problem manager with experience of working for enterprise level organisations driving improvements and providing solutions

Working for a leading organisation, you will be working in a team of Problem Managers and assigned to a specific client. You will be working in an ITIL environment, utilising ServiceNow, and be responsible for managing the lifecycle of underlying problems. The role will involve detecting and providing solutions or workarounds to Problems in order to minimise the impact on the organisation and prevent a recurrence.

You will be an experienced Problem Manager with strong ITIL skills as well as experience of working with ServiceNow. You will have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive improvements. Excellent negotiation skills are essential with the ability to negotiate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Above all you will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
