Role description

Finite are currently looking for experienced Project Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract extending to another 6 months. Successful applicants will be responsible for administrative, communicative, and management support.


  • Provide project support in regards to administrative, communication, and management areas. Focused on assisting to achieve project objectives.
  • Create, maintain and manage project schedules
  • Identify, analyse and make recommendations regarding cost, schedules and other variances
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to conduct status reporting, monitoring of the project budget, data gathering and collation as well as tracking of project expenditure
  • Coordinate and monitor project registers ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • Preparation of project management documents, presentations, briefings, and other correspondence as required
  • Recording of minutes, actions and follow-up actions

Tools to succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience on IT projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Project Online or Project Server
  • Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
  • Status reporting to identify upcoming issues
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
