The role

Seeking a Project Manager at least having 5 years of experience in managing projects.

• Managing projects including the delivery of outcomes and benefits, scope boundaries, schedules, quality and budgets
• Coordinating teams to enable project delivery and transition
• Overseeing and developing project documentation and reporting progress on delivery
• Managing relationships and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, overcome obstacles to delivery through collaboration, communication, problem solving and negotiation
• Team leadership and development through, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Overseeing procurement and tenders and managing contracts resulting from procurement as they relate to project delivery
• Identifying and managing risks and overseeing the implementation of risk mitigation plans
• Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff

The requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
