Finite are seeking a Defence Project Manager to support our client in their aviation projects. In this role you will be responsible in assisting project activities and reporting. This includes planning for and enacting Project closure scheduled for Q1 2024.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure Monthly Reporting - PPRIP and MRM
• Ensure Project Performance Reporting
• Plan and prepare Project Closure documentation
• Facilitate Risk Management reporting
• Facilitate Financial Reporting
• Reporting key work activities (Quarterly)
• Facilitate Branch RFIs responses
• Facilitate Data Management
• Facilitate FMS Case Management
• Facilitate management of minor projects

Skills & Experience

• Certification in project management, such as PMBOK, PMP, or Prince2
• Experience managing Defence projects, preferably in a CASG environment
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
• Supporting continuous improvement and cultural initiatives
• Technical/Logistics background - highly desirable
• Must hold an active NV1 security clearance
