The Client:

This company is in the top 15 ASX listed Tech companies. They are very appreciative of the importance of workplace flexibility and offer a hybrid WFH model. They are CBD based and have one of the most beautiful office fit outs in the industry. They have a global footprint and are looking for a Project Manager to come and join the team and implement a smooth ERP integration.

The Role:

Your role as Project Manager will be actively contributing to a technology refresh across modules of Workday.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop full-scale project management plans including project timelines, milestones, resource needs using appropriate project management tools to deliver effective results.
• End-to-end management of all project phases from requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, training, implementation, and transition according to the project methodology to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule to identify the project's duration, dependencies, key milestones and deliverables and critical paths to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
• Identify, document and assess risks, issues and dependencies impacting the project.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce all risks and resolve issues.
  

Requirements:

• Multiple years' experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in ERP system integration - WORKDAY WOULD BE GREAT!
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
