Job Description
FinXL IT Professional Services is an established, innovative Australian company, providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries.
FinXL is looking for experienced Reporting Analyst with HR / Payroll process and control and SAP HR system implementation experience. Initial 6 months term.
The Reporting Analyst will:
- Facilitate and develop key reports to internal and external stakeholders including senior executives
- Facilitate and develop key reports for various governance forums including Board and executive levels
- Succinctly summarise key messaging at executive and board level
- Connect with various teams across the program
- Assist in developing ad-hoc reporting
- Support the PMO team where required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience on working on large programs with multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of remediation programs preferred
- Understanding of payroll/HR and SAP systems is ideal
- Financial Services experience is a bonus
- Strong written communication skills enabling clear and concise discussion points, actions and decision
