Internal IT Recruitment Consultant

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT services organisation providing a broad range of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver IT projects.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively source IT professionals using a variety of sourcing strategies
  • Write effective and enticing job advertisements
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to understand specific role requirements
  • Be actively involved in end to end recruitment including administrative tasks, phone screening, interviewing and reference checking
  • Conduct thorough, behavioural based interviews
  • Draw upon your strong candidate network of IT professionals
  • Conduct candidate searches through various professional networking tools
  • Create & manage candidate talent pools

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working as an IT Recruitment Consultant
  • Experience recruiting such roles as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers
  • Good knowledge of the IT sector and the SDLC
  • An understanding of the IT Professional Services marketplace
  • Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Engaging personality and highly polished presentation
  • Some experience working as an in-house or RPO based recruiter (highly-regarded)
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT and/or Human Resources (highly-regarded)
