Be part of a large transformation taking place within the Transport sector where the programs focus is placing the Customer at the Centre.

This is a 6 month ++ role based inner Sydney/hybrid WFH.

This aim of the program is to ensure that the customers have consistent, memorable, accessible, seamless, informed and safe journeys that get them to their destination on time.

Your role will be to undertake research, analysis and elicit requirements on a variety of business problems and processes to assist with determining the optimal solution to meet requirements.

The key skills and experience required for this role are;

1. Appropriate tertiary qualifications, certificates or the relevant equivalent industry experience
2. Demonstrated experience in facilitation of business analysis, and associated techniques
3. Demonstrated experience in research, planning and development of business case formulation and data analysis methodologies
4. Knowledge of cost benefit modelling techniques and understanding of financial and/or economic analysis
5. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to engage, influence and maintain relationships with stakeholders
