Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to work for a large organisation in Sydney.

Skills and experience:

* Hands on data engineering skillsets - Advanced Databricks Pipeline and Azure Data Factory pipeline and coding to automate ETL/ELT processes
* Good knowledge of code conversion and data migration from Teradata, Cloudera Big Data to Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse (Tables, Stored procedures, Views, Macros and other Database objects)
* Proven data migration at-scale to Azure Databricks/Azure Synapse using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Box
* Experience in Apache Airflow coding for Orchestration
* Knowledge of optimisation of Data Visualisation using Tableau and Power BI
* Agile methodology experience
