The role

Seeking a Senior Interaction Designer to work within a multi-disciplinary team to create user-centric designs for client agency websites.

• Research on images and graphic elements through available digital sources;
• Developing low and high-fidelity web and interaction designs;
• Creation and upkeep of UX templates and artefacts;
• Treatment of graphics and images to align with industry best practice and department standards;
• Assessing and use of correct typography for product;
• Applying branding to websites and digital products as required;
• Providing a quality assurance function of web development work;
• Monitor analytics of products and develop analytics reports when required;
• Mentoring junior staff in UX design practices; and
• Assist the user researchers in user engagement sessions and synthesis as required.

The requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Adobe XD/ Axure or equivalent design tool sets;
• Experience in graphic and website design, including UI design, typography and branding application across desktop, tablet and mobile devices; and
• Demonstrated experience with website designs for government websites.
