Summary:

FinXL is seeking, for its federal government client, to engage an experienced Test Analyst with skills and experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, MS Azure Portal and Case/Incident management systems. The team develops and supports a range of CRM and Portal systems using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Projects include systems for the Department and their Shared Services Agencies.

The key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to test estimation, track work against estimates, report variances to team management, and manage resources to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provide clear and concise review comments on test artefacts, ensuring that comments are accurate and meet the section's standards.
• Create, execute, and report high-quality test artefacts such as a project's test matrix, as well as its test cases, defects, and complex test data, ensuring they adhere to section standards and guidelines.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years experience undertaking the below duties:

• Developing and executing test cases
• Conduct regular end to end system regression testing
• Identifying, documenting and managing defects through to resolution
• Managing tasks and testing artefacts within DevOps.
• Reviewing and updating requirements/user stories and providing associated test estimates
• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment including attending and contributing to scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint retrospective etc.)
• Strong team collaboration and working relationship skills.
• Experience in data load testing is advantageous
