Our client is a growing ASX listed retail company with over 200 stores across Australia and New Zealand. They are currently undergoing a technology transformation program, implementing a number of cutting edge solutions across the enterprise. They are now seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to assist in store set up/refurbishments.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Manager in the efficient roll out of 30 store refurbishments, as well as many more store set ups to come.

This role will include but is not limited to:

• Coordinate the provisioning, configuration and installation of IT equipment and services for new/refurbished stores
• Work with communication providers to assist in store network connectivity roll out from order placement to implementation, as well as ongoing escalations and support
• BAU/Operational projects as directed by Service Delivery Manager
• Continual progress reporting and analytics

Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a retail environment ESSENTIAL
• Great communication skills and ability to problem solve
• Motivation to contribute to successful roll outs regularly
