The Role
This is a great role for a Service Delivery Manager work for a large Sydney CBD based telecommunications organisation.
Who you are
You will have the following skills/experience
• Experience in Print Management and Managed Desktop SOE
• Networking and Telecommunications background
• Ability to manage vendors and push through
• Attention to detail – the SLAs need to be understood and met;
• ITIL background / certification / strong understanding;
