Do you have experience of overseeing new services into operations and are looking for a role in a fast moving organisation?
Working for a leading organisation you will be supporting the Product Development to Operational Readiness process. The role will involve understanding the product pipeline and overseeing the operational process from fulfilment to support and putting in operational processes and procedures.
You will have prior experience of on boarding new produces and services in an MSP or ISP environment. Alternatively, you will have experience of on-boarding new clients to an MSP. Additionally, you will have strong ITIL experience and have experience of working in an Agile environment.
