FinXL are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with a high level of written & oral communication skills, as well as a high level of customer service & professionalism.

Selection Criteria:

  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good technical or eHealth programme, in supporting Web Services and\or Public Key Infrastructure knowledge is beneficial.
  • Able to work rostered hours from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm AEDST
