Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to work for a large organisation in Canberra or Melbourne.

Skills and experience:

* Support background
* Experience troubleshooting & investigating IT issues via phone & tickets
* Experience logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams
* Available for shift work on a 24/7 shared roster
* Baseline clearance or higher
