Six Sigma Business Analyst

Outstanding opportunity for Process Improvement Analyst with Six Sigma expertise

  • Initial six-month contract position with ongoing extensions
  • Suits Process Improvement Analyst with Six Sigma expertise
  • Lean / Six Sigma qualifications preferred but not mandatory

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT services organisation providing a broad range of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver IT projects.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Business Analyst with Six Sigma expertise to join our team and deliver services for one of our key clients.

The position will be on a six-month contract basis initially; however ongoing extensions are anticipated


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design Process Development Roadmap
  • Create Collaboration Diagrams that show outcomes which trigger future processes
  • Produce Functional Blueprints (how, when and why, showing decisions and required actions/next steps, reports/reporting identification)
  • Allow for Inputs, Outputs, Key Stakeholders, Outcomes (ie. SIPOC, DMAIC, etc.)
  • Break Roadmap into Phases in 30, 60, 90, 180 day increments
  • Manage, guide, and work with Assistant BA to develop Process Diagrams

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment (mandatory)
  • Strong Six Sigma experience
  • Relevant Six Sigma qualifications / certifications preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders

This is a Melbourne based organisation, but candidates are able to work remotely from anywhere in AU or NZ (Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Darwin, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Geelong, Newcastle, Adelaide, Auckland, Wellington).
