Required Experience and Skills:
- Must have 10+ years of experience out of which 4 years must be as a designer/architect.
- Must have prior design experience on SAP-HR
- Experience in Regulatory and Risk reporting is preferred.
- Experience with the design of Data Models, Free Forms, and reports based on Regulatory Report Requirements.
- Understanding the Functional documents and working with BA/Users to ensure adherence to solution design.
- Contribute on behalf of the Technology Team in the design/architecture discussions.
- Experience with Data warehousing / PL SQL is required.
- Good experience in Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehousing.
- Understanding and exposure to cloud concepts, preferably AWS
- A self-driven individual working with tight time lines
