The Role:
FinXL is looking to engage a Support Services Manager.
Required skills and experience:
Management skills for overseeing and coordination of the support services team;
Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures;
Practical knowledge and understanding of the Capability;
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.
Previous experience in a Fundamentals Input to Capability roles;
Previous experience in a management/team leadership roles;
Experience working with or within Estate and Infrastructure Group;
Experience working with individual service Training Authorities;
Experience with Defence Capability Lifecycle;
10 years + experience within the Defence Industry and hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT and FIC responsibilities; and
10 years + experience within at least one of the Training, Facilities or Logistics areas.
