We are seeking a several Technical Business Analysts to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a technology team, at least some of this time in a similar role.
• Demonstrated craft to engage, draw out, interpret, and define of business/customer requirements.
• Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements / user stories.
• Demonstrated craft to effectively work with cross functional delivery teams & manage stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated process to plan, sequence, track, and report project status and outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
• Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.
• Organising Journey walk through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
• Documenting technical specifications.
• Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.
• Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.
• Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements / user stories.
• Banking experience is must have.
• Understanding of lending is desirable.
