Skills and experience:

* Experience working as a Functional Test Engineer
* Experience in CXone
* Experience in CXone studio
* Experience in Cyara (test software)
* Experience in creating test scenarios and creating CX models in Cyara (test software)
* Experience in data preparation to support testing
* Experience in test execution
* Experience creating test summary reports
* Experience in both UAT in test environment and BRT in production environment
